Esther Rochelle Miller, known to the world as Estelle, was the first of three daughters born to Sam and Hilda Sherkin. A proud first generation Canadian, she was a loving and devoted daughter, sister, friend, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

Smart, fashionable, and sociable, Estelle was a lover of life! Along with Harold, her husband of 62 years, she enjoyed musical theatre, indie films, pop music, and most of all, their ever-growing family.

Estelle was a pillar of strength and dignity, doing what ever she could to look after the family that she loved so much.

Estelle is lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her, for her wit, her charm, her watchful eye, and her fierce determination, never letting anything get in her way!
